Quality Policy

Newcytech Business Solutions Ltd is a member of the Logicom Group, the largest business information technology company in Cyprus, offering innovative products and versatile services to customers in a broad range of industries.

Newcytech is fully committed to providing products and services that consistently meet the contractual requirements of all our customers.

In support of our philosophy 'The Customer is First', we are committed to the following principles:

  • We aim to provide our customers with service that consistently meets or exceeds requirements and expectations, whilst encouraging feedback on our performance to enable us to continually improve.

It is the policy of the company to achieve this through the continuous improvement of the company’s activities by planning, setting and implementing specified and measurable quality objectives and regularly reviewing the effectiveness of the quality management system via the Management Review process.

  • We train and educate our staff to be customer focused and responsible for the Quality Management System.
  • We aim to provide a working environment where effort and co-operation are rewarded and remain as a company who cares about their people and services.

It is the intent of the company that its quality management system will at a minimum, satisfy the requirements of its customers, the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard, and all legal and regulatory requirements. Also, consideration and care are given to aspects concerning ergonomics, health & safety, labor, environment, and ethics including anti-bribery & corruption.

All the employees of the company have been informed about the quality policy of the company and have been trained accordingly in order to be able to apply the policies and procedures of the quality management system. Everyone has the responsibility of the effective and efficient application of these policies and procedures on their jobs.

This policy is reviewed to ensure that is relevant to and in compliance with the activities of the company.
