The Management of the Company is committed to providing high quality services in line with customer requirements, while complying with applicable national laws, regulations and recognised information security best practices and standards. This commitment is achieved through a team of highly skilled and qualified professionals who ensure that information security standards are consistently applied.
Newcytech Business Solutions Ltd has adopted and implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) which complies with the requirements of ISO/ IEC 27001:2022, supporting the structuring, maintenance and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and controls, based on solid and frequent risk assessment exercises, to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and related processing facilities.
In addition, the Company is committed to fostering a strong security culture across all levels of the organisation by ensuring that employees, contractors and relevant third parties are aware of their information security responsibilities and receive appropriate training and guidance. Information security considerations are integrated into business operations, technology initiatives, supplier relationships and service delivery processes to support secure, resilient and reliable services for our customers and stakeholders. The Company also maintains appropriate incident management, business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities to minimise operational disruption and respond effectively to evolving cyber threats and security incidents.

These objectives and targets are reviewed on a systematic basis during management reviews, with the aim of continual improvement of the Information Security Management System, its policies and procedures and the overall corporate performance of the Company.
