The challenge

The Cyprus Ports Authority (CPA) required an integrated IT Ports Community System. To fulfil their requirements, we needed to implement a set of applications with a Ports Community System and Ports Operating System as the central feature. This would act as the heart of the Port, connecting every other application and allowing for the entire Port Community to interact with each other.

Opportunities

Other applications included the Enterprise Content Management System implemented using SharePoint – and a mobile POS system.

How we solved the problem with our solution

•The analysis, design, development, customisation, installation and maintenance of a Ports Community System and Enterprise Content Management System. •The design and development of WEB applications, where required, which will incorporate functions for the publication of data, interaction and electronic transactions with various public authorities and other entities of the Ports Community. •The supply, customisation, installation and maintenance of the equipment and system software required for the successful operation of the new systems. •The integration with third party information systems for data exchange. •The analysis of training needs and training of personnel as future system users.
